Mr. Melser assists domestic and foreign clients in designing and implementing intellectual property policies and managing their global patent, trademark and copyright portfolios. His broad interests in electronics, computer and multimedia arts, and technology have enabled him to establish a diverse legal practice which includes both the creative and legal aspects of intellectual property law.
Mr. Melser has made presentations on intellectual property in the Far East and has appeared on numerous panels for The National Association of Broadcasters and for The American Bar Association. He also has appeared on numerous radio shows and is Editor-in-Chief of an international journal of intellectual property law. In 2012, he was named in Top Rated Lawyers in Washington, DC and Baltimore.
Mr. Melser also possesses an interest in photography and has taken a number of prize winning photos.
