Scott spoke on “Litigating Trade Secrete in the U.S.”. Drawing from his decades of experience in advising clients in U.S. IP litigation, Scott lay out strategies for foreign companies litigating trade secrete in the U.S. Dr. John Wang spoke on “Patent Subject Matter Eligibility”. He used case law and specific patent drafting principles to teach attendees how to overcome 101 rejection.
